Periodic Inspections

Aim of Periodic Inspections is to ensure operation of the equipment is fully in its intended use, using preventive methods in accordance with the instructions and procedures of the manufacturer of the lifting equipment.

A Periodic Inspection includes jobs and procedures carried out at fixed intervals, includes adjustments to settings, inspections, condition monitoring, lubrication, cleaning, tightening and operational trials, reporting, and proposals for repairs and improvements.

Replacement of Parts

  • Replacement of individual contactor, contact tips, relays
  • Replacement of individual damaged leads and broken connectors
  • Replacement of individual control elements and rubber seals for push button of pendants or remote control systems
  • Replacement of individual signs identifying controls and load
  • Replacement of individual carbon brushes
  • Replacement of individual cables or cable trolleys in current supplies
  • Replacement of individual relays and cards in radio equipments and invertors
  • Replacement of brake liners, shoes, end caps
  • Replacement of brake disc
  • Replacement of flexible elements in couplings

Reportings

Written report (maintenance report) will be issued to end users by service engineers on work carried out at fixed intervals,such report specifics to each crane on problems,deficiencies and defects observed.

Immediate notification to the owner/user if the inspection visit reveals items that jeopardize flawless operation or work safety
